An application called Teamspeak was used as a place for vocal debates, a Council.

The Paragon's allegiance is always to Democracy and share thoughts on a private forum.

There was definitely something fishy... So Bobby added an extra platform to use from late 2016: "Discord."

Discord was necessary and very special, it became a place for freedom of speech for everyone.

"Just because we have the freedom to hold a knife for cutting food or materials, doesn't mean we can go around stabbing people."

That was the theory. Giving freedom of speech to see what comes out of their mind. The knife is merely a tool.

Bobby had to use a new platform as a fresh start because if he simply changed the current rules it would imply that they can deliberately use forbidden words. So launching Discord with no rules gave a real feeling of: "You can freely express yourself."

Rather than the feeling of: "Now, you can be an absolute ass."

The first method would reward maturity, while the other would encourage negativity.

Yellow is already an Elite but was given an extra role by Red. It was meant to be temporary and out of fun. But it was never removed.

That created an extra layer of authority, similar to being an Officer. Bobby didn't approve of this but decided to let it go.

There were many of Bobby's own friends who don't get this "speciality", some known for several years and don't have it.

The reason for this was to have everyone be equal in rights and impression. No one stands out more than their comrades of same rank.

If one gets something special, the others would want to be special too... So this was done to avoid Favouritism or it gets messy.

All respect each other and move together by Democracy, but are structured as a Republic.

Bobby allows them the freedom as long as it is within rules or requirements. But he does need to be a driving force when necessary.

For this reason, the Paragons have become effective on the battlefield while other players are often... Indecisive.

But sometimes it causes a clash. After hours of debating and discussing the possibilities, the policy for a 3 leader system was revoked.

This system was Bobby's setup for the future, he would know best when the time is right to do so.

This is not something for anyone to pass a policy on. Paragon Dynasty runs fine the way it is.

Having more Commanders would mean more owners.

Why would Bobby want to have more owners at that time? Having this many Officers with full admin rights was good enough.

Officers are treated like Commanders/Leaders anyway due to their authority, so why go after the ownership of the brand?
