It was rather difficult to reason with them. Instead, they tried to show why it was okay to behave the way they did by using comedy and educational speeches/talks from videos, podcasts and blogs to justify their motives.
Bobby has a very strict borderline against racism, and a low tolerance. He enforces when it's clearly used to create a "dark area".
He observes carefully first. It should not be thrown like this where it's used to create hostility. Specially being persistent against tolerance.
Besides from correcting his friends on racism, the political side of things gave an impression of being at daggers drawn. A feud.
It was not so much about statistics. Knowledge and skill can be taught. But attitude and personality defines how knowledge is processed.
For example: An ignorant or impatient person will disregard the entirety of the knowledge to cut it into chunks that they find useful to themselves (but blames when they learn it the hard way) and so on. Cookery teaches an impatient person that it takes the right timing, quantity, and care to prepare a perfect dish. Rushing things in a learning process is only a recipe for disaster. Elegance comes with Mastery.
This political containment felt suffocating so Bobby came up with an idea... The old outfit/community that he helped build.
[DORA] Pandora Project. That outfit was disbanded for some reason. The community took refuge on a new Discord to stay together.
Some members approached him and as they were all good friends, Bobby decided to accommodate them.
It felt great seeing old friends, they have the same essence as Paragons, just different leadership among their own Council.
Since enforcing the rules usually gave Bobby a bad image and created arguments, he decided a more positive and subtle approach.
The idea was to influence others to do good. He decided to create a joyful, peaceful and fun environment and let that slowly improve the mindset of everyone.
These friends were remarkable legends back in their time and constantly one of the top 1~3 in rank for a year before servers were merged.
Having many discussions on Psychology, Fascism, Politics and so on; They are very mature, open minded, smart and peaceful people.
Bobby made a move even though recruitment was strictly regulated... Negotiations did not go exactly as expected...

Doragons are veteran players so anything to do with equipment was not a problem, all were fully geared and ready.
The recruitment was also closed since Bobby didn't want any more people to get influenced or hurt by racism.
This was the "Emergency Shutdown" moment done in a smooth way. Never before has recruitment been closed from the public.
Bobby felt confident since now both communities were together to suppress this hatred in a controlled & peaceful manner.
Most of these members are older than Bobby anyway, he respects that maturity and their way of handling things as it would be in real life.
They are adult men, some are even married or coupled. This gave a comfort of having grown ups involved. Not a kid's playground.
Having a fun and happy environment was bliss for Bobby. He always loved his friends and glad to feel that bond was still strong.
This brought back wonderful memories!
