A lot of Green's goals and suggestions were already in line with Bobby's ambition but with so much hostility and conflicts happening,
it was just not possible. Even having females in the community, which is actually necessary to maintain balance, couldn't be allowed.
It is crazy to find that people appear nice and innocent early in the friendship until a later time, they reveal a hidden personality which is not appreciated at all... So now that everyone is settled together and have a strong friendship of 2~7 years, it is very difficult to work with.
Harsh sentences such as a kick/ban will tug on friendship bonds and cause social tensions. It gets complicated.

Finally some results. Bobby managed to replicate the strategy to hold up against their assault. Their morale was broken and they spoke.
Admitting the presence of a hidden network... Recalling that even Blue has taken part in it. Bobby's battle-hardness kept him steady and firm.
This hatred felt like a "growth" that was "eating" them, from what some of his fallen Paragons have said to Bobby.
The phrase: "Innocent until proven guilty", is something that Bobby constantly has to be conscious about. He shouldn't use it as fuel to further punish, but instead to encourage their honesty and try to settle on perhaps a reform. Bobby still needs to know about their plot however.
Maybe this was no one's fault and they were influenced by various sources from the real world. But this struggle was hard.

It's been very difficult to handle this for such a long time... Deep down, Bobby cared a lot and didn't want to make them feel uncomfortable or seem like an elephant in the room around anybody. It's handled on a personal level so it's not awkward for them. What more should he do for their well-being?
It's challenging to tame the monsters within people. That's one of the duties of a Leader. Bobby knew them better than this.
