There is a special weapon in Planetside2 called "Betelgeuse". The person Blue is referring to, rephrased the weapon's title in his comment.

That incident was a no-brainer and as pointed out, it's resolved. But the questions Blue asked were very inquisitive, like some gossip talk happened.
