Passing the blame onto the Officer that was dealt with. Or this was some kind of revenge.
Blue's borderline was strongly reinforced and also clearly stating which side Bobby stands for.

Even though Bobby was angered by the whole situation, he felt true inner-peace.
But Blue saw one of the worst in Bobby, he was a frightening character.
Rage; One of Bobby's largest monsters within himself, was tamed.
He finds balance and is centred. The energy turns into a noble strength.
It's a fire in the belly. The focus of a predator.
This victory was claimed without even kicking or banning.
