Since the release of Planetside 2, for over 5 years, Bobby has always been approached to have some sort of alliance or co-op, which he doesn't mind, depending on the team. Some even attempted a take-over or merge.

Obviously that would be refused but there are other not-so-pleasant or sinister ways to enforce such a touchy request.

Paragon Dynasty was Bobby's latest creation... His virtual home and community.

After going through so much in life, this was the pinnacle of his existence. He would take it patiently and with great care.

Many serious community builders and gamers just don't understand this "Bond"...

It's treated as a kind of item for trade. Some just shamelessly claim authority although being a different community.

It's because of situations like these that Bobby refuses to participate as it's straight up abusing alliances.

The Paragons are seen as Elites in Combined-Arms and especially Air, they just want that tag to be on their side.

Bobby is very proud of the Paragon's achievements and worth but he needs to be responsible and cautious.

He wanted to focus on their individual potential first before growing into a full fledged public community.

A "core" group of gamers needed to be made first and that could take years.

Bobby had a talent for training gamers, from nothing into something. There is a reason why his friends or community sit in the top bracket of whatever games they would play together for "serious fun".

He digs diamonds out of the dirt and polishes it, while others would mostly acquire pre-cut shiny diamonds for growth.

A keen eye for potential and patience to understand the time it takes to create a bond. That's just what he likes to do.

There are some very important key features that should be mentioned about Leadership:

  • A good leader is about managing and coordinating... A great leader is capable of predicting the future, they are the ones who grant vision over those who merely have sight. Before a move is even executed, they are already a step ahead.

  • Leaders are masters of adaptation, that's their most valuable skill to ensure that they and their followers succeed.

  • Reinforcements are the ultimate flexing of power over something.

  • They are constantly searching for advantageous positions or methods to deal with a situation.

  • Being territorial as there's an imaginary boundary or radius between them and their enemies, to hold ground.

  • Experienced leaders are spontaneous, unpredictable and intimidating.

  • Macroscopic decisions are important, a group of people rest on their shoulders. It's good to have a general plan.

  • Motivate, uplift and inspire. They are the tough blockade against frustration and nervousness, turning soldiers into warriors.

  • They maintain balance, harmony and cohesion between a variety of roles such as support and assault.

Facing a leader is like taking on someone who has the ability to time-travel, read thoughts, shape-shift, teleport, mind-trick, create a barrier, and capable of summoning an obliterating force from outside sources.
