The members are meticulously selected, mainly focused on how positive of a personality an individual is, the rest such as gaming stats and so on can be trained. Bobby would recruit even the worse player but has a great personality. Teaching another person is a matter of patience and understanding. There is a joy in the process.
That's where the respect, friendship, trust, or "bond" is built. Bobby has kicked many top 50 players of thousands in a server because he valued personality more than anything, people have ridiculed or cursed him on this.
But he knows for a fact that; One toxic person could influence the mind of a whole society and collapse everything.
Money, items, materialistic things meant nothing to him with this regard.
His peace of mind and community's happiness had no price tag, because he once almost gave his life for that.
Paragon Dynasty is officially the 1st ranking Air outfit (pilots) on their faction, and 2nd for the entire server situated in Europe. Competitively top 3 globally.
Unlike other games that involves some heavy balancing adjustments, nerfs and buffs... Planetside 2 is just so massive and full of options that it balances itself out. Replicating the true feeling of War. That there are no rules, one must call for reinforcements and work together to overcome great odds. It would take years to develop a good commander, the knowledge and mastery needed is comparable to some sophisticated MOBA/RTS type games.
Planetside2 was released ahead of its time, the PC required, knowledge and experience needed was just too much that it created chaos among those who had no idea what to do other than walking around with a weapon, randomly shooting and getting frustrated in the process by much smarter players.
Only the brightest could coordinate their way to victory. Mind over matter decides who conquers.
With at least 15 years of Gaming mostly in Real-Time Strategy and First-Person Shooter (And some others such as city/economy builder), Leadership became a natural thing and the strongest trait.
Planetside 2 was the greatest time combining all the skills into one area.
It's a mature environment with complex interactions.
Large scale communities, even gigantic capital ships are being implemented.
Proudly holding the Guiness World Record for "Most Players Online in a Single FPS Battle". No other game came close to the size that Planetside 2 offered. An open world with persistent wars between 3 factions in a huge map and a variety of worlds/landscapes.
